1. Who these terms are with

Meoz is operated by Cam Chanh Tech. Contact Meoz Support — support@meozai.comⓘ. These Terms govern the Meoz macOS app, meoz.ai, and services we operate for Meoz.

2. Your permission to use Meoz

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to install and use Meoz for its intended focus and productivity features. Do not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse Meoz except where applicable law permits that activity.

3. Your choices and responsibilities

You choose your goals, schedule, settings, and optional macOS permissions. You remain responsible for the sites you visit, decisions you make, data you provide, and consequences of using a focus tool. Meoz is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety service.

4. AI features and third-party services

Some features send the request context needed to answer or judge it to the AI provider you choose. Bring-your-own-key requests go directly to that provider. Meoz Pro routes requests through Meoz's Cloudflare-hosted service to OpenRouter under a restricted provider policy: NovitaAI is preferred and DeepInfra is an availability fallback. It requires endpoints that OpenRouter designates as Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Payments and licenses are provided by Lemon Squeezy. Those providers process their services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Meoz remains responsible for its own service and the commitments in its Privacy Policy.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Verify important information independently. Do not rely on Meoz or AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.

5. Pro, payments, and fair use

Meoz Pro prices, renewal timing, trials, taxes, refunds, and cancellation choices are presented by the payment provider at checkout. A Pro license is for the plan and activation limits shown at purchase. We may enforce the disclosed fair-use limit needed to keep the service available; we will not use a fair-use limit to charge an undisclosed fee.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Meoz to violate law, harm others, bypass another service's security, distribute malware, or overload or disrupt Meoz or its providers. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal obligations, subject to applicable law.

7. Updates and changes

We may improve, change, or discontinue features. Updates are cryptographically signed and may be offered through Meoz's update mechanism. A material change creates a new dated version, while this version remains preserved here. Meoz asks for a new affirmative agreement before continued use of materially changed Terms. Releases that do not change legal text continue to use this version.

8. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meoz is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
